The Kismet Reset Retreat

🗓️ March 7th - 14th, 2026

📍Nosara, Costa Rica

A week to unwind, relax, and reset in Costa Rica

March 7th - 14th, 2026

Nosara, Costa Rica

This week is about getting back to basics.

Morning Movement.
Eating well.
Sleeping well.

Reseting.
Repeat.

Every day we’ll move with purpose. Kickfit. Conditioning. Strength. Sweat.

We’ll pair that with focused breathwork to clear your head and reset your system.

For one week in March, we’re opening Casas Kismet for a co-ed retreat led by Terry.

A week unexpectedly opened on our calendar. Rather than let it sit, we decided to offer it at a rare price to a small group who wants to breathe, move, reset, and step away from the noise.

If you show up ready, this week will change something.

What You’ll Experience

Daily Kickfit & Conditioning
High-energy, strength-based training designed to challenge you physically and sharpen you mentally.

Who Is This Retreat For?

It’s for the person who’s been busy, juggling work, family, and responsibility, and knows it’s time to pause and reset.

You want to move your body.
You want to sweat a little.
You want to breathe deeply.
You want to eat well and sleep well.

This week isn’t about proving anything. It’s about feeling better when you leave than when you arrived.

You don’t need to be in peak shape. You don’t need experience with kickfit or breathwork. The sessions are approachable, energizing, and designed to challenge you at your level.

This retreat is also for people who value connection.

When you train together, eat together, and slow down together, conversations naturally open up. You’ll meet people from different places who came for the same reason you did: to reset and recharge.

Many of our guests leave with real friendships. The kind that last beyond the week and turn into future retreats, visits, and lifelong connections.

If you’re looking for a supportive environment, fresh air, ocean views, daily movement, and space to breathe — this retreat is for you.

Meet Terry Bullman

Terry Bullman has spent more than three decades exploring what it means to live with strength, purpose, and presence. A former professional fighter turned teacher and coach, Terry blends movement, breathwork, and mindset training to help people reconnect with their bodies and unlock their potential.

At Casas Kismet, Terry leads men’s and co-ed retreats that challenge participants physically and mentally, while guiding them toward balance and self-understanding. His approach combines practical tools from martial arts, breathwork, and self-defense with grounded conversations about mindset, discipline, and awareness.

Terry believes that growth happens when you step into discomfort — not to punish yourself, but to rediscover your power. His teaching style is direct, honest, and deeply human, creating a space where people feel safe to let go, dig deeper, and rebuild from the inside out.

When he’s not leading retreats, you’ll find him surfing the Costa Rican coastline, writing, or exploring new ways to merge movement, breath, and consciousness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Do I need to come with a friend, or can I come alone?

Many guests come solo! You’ll quickly feel part of the group — our retreats are designed to create genuine connection. If you book a shared room, we’ll pair you with a roommate of the same gender. Whether you come alone, with a partner, or with a friend, you’ll feel welcome and supported from day one.

Question 2: What level of fitness do I need?

All levels are welcome. Each class offers options for beginners through advanced students. The retreat is about moving your body, calming your mind, and reconnecting with yourself — not competing. You can take breaks anytime, and everything is optional.

Question 3: What’s included in the retreat price?

Your stay includes 7 nights at Casas Kismet, 3 nourishing meals per day, all movement classes (HIIT, kickboxing), breathwork workshops, one dinner out in town, and round-trip shuttle service from Liberia (LIR) at the designated times.

Question 4: What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

All bookings are non-refundable, as we reserve rooms and services specifically for your spot. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with a Cancel for Any Reason policy to protect your investment if unexpected circumstances arise. You may transfer your spot to another guest if you can’t attend.

Question 5: What airport should I fly into, and what are the arrival/departure times?

You’ll want to fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR) in Costa Rica. Please plan to arrive between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 24th, 2026 to take advantage of our included group shuttle to Casas Kismet. On departure day, we’ll organize one morning shuttle back to the airport. We’ll send detailed travel windows and customs information closer to the retreat.

Question 6: What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Our in-house chef prepares meals with fresh, local ingredients and is happy to accommodate most dietary needs — including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. You’ll have the chance to share any allergies or preferences on your intake form after booking.

Question 7: Is it safe to travel to Nosara?

Yes. Nosara is one of Costa Rica’s most welcoming and safe coastal towns, popular with travelers, yogis, and surf enthusiasts from around the world. Casas Kismet is a private, gated retreat center with a peaceful community vibe. We also provide organized transportation so you can relax knowing everything is handled.

Question 8: What should I expect during my free time?

You’ll have plenty of downtime to relax, explore, and recharge. Guests often spend afternoons at the beach, lounging by the pool, getting a massage, or joining an excursion like surfing, horseback riding, or ATV tours. This retreat is designed to balance structure with freedom — so you can do as much or as little as you like.
