You wake to the sound of jungle birds instead of your alarm. Someone else brewed the coffee. The schedule is light enough to breathe inside of. You slip into soft clothes, bare-faced, unhurried — and begin the day the way you've always wanted to.
Each morning opens with fruit, journaling, and reflection before we move through morning practice, HIIT, or kickboxing. We close every session with meditation and gratitude — grounding body and mind before breakfast.
The rest of the day is yours to enjoy however you need: unwind by the pool, explore Nosara, get a massage, or join us for an adventure. In the afternoons, we come back together for breathwork and sunset reflection before dinner under the stars.
You’ll leave not just rested — but realigned, with practices of movement, gratitude, and breath you can carry into everyday life.

Together, Terry and Lizzy blend strength, mindfulness, and compassion into every retreat they create. Their combined approach helps you reconnect to your body, calm your mind, and rediscover joy in everyday life.

Terry has spent more than three decades exploring what it means to live with strength, purpose, and presence. A former professional fighter turned teacher and coach, he blends movement, breathwork, and mindset training to help people reconnect with their bodies and unlock their potential. His approach is direct, honest, and deeply human — creating space where people feel safe to let go, dig deeper, and rebuild from the inside out.

Lizzy is a yoga teacher, wellness coach, and retreat leader dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and stillness. With over a decade of teaching experience, she blends Power and Rocket Yoga with mindful practice to create sessions that are both empowering and accessible. She's known for creating a space that feels energizing and nurturing — where people feel supported, seen, and inspired to grow.

Many guests come solo! You’ll quickly feel part of the group — our retreats are designed to create genuine connection. If you book a shared room, we’ll pair you with a roommate of the same gender. Whether you come alone, with a partner, or with a friend, you’ll feel welcome and supported from day one.
All levels are welcome. Each class offers options for beginners through advanced students. The retreat is about moving your body, calming your mind, and reconnecting with yourself — not competing. You can take breaks anytime, and everything is optional.
Your stay includes 7 nights at Casas Kismet, 3 nourishing meals per day, all movement classes (yoga, HIIT, kickboxing), daily breathwork and meditation, journaling sessions, a cooking class, a nature hike, one dinner out in town, and round-trip shuttle service from Liberia (LIR) at the designated times. Flights, optional spa treatments, and excursions are not included.
All bookings are non-refundable, as we reserve rooms and services specifically for your spot. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with a Cancel for Any Reason policy to protect your investment if unexpected circumstances arise. You may transfer your spot to another guest if you can’t attend.
You’ll want to fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR) in Costa Rica. Please plan to arrive between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 24th, 2026 to take advantage of our included group shuttle to Casas Kismet. On departure day, we’ll organize a morning shuttle back to the airport. We’ll send detailed travel windows and customs information closer to the retreat.
Our in-house chef prepares meals with fresh, local ingredients and is happy to accommodate most dietary needs — including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. You’ll have the chance to share any allergies or preferences on your intake form after booking.

Casas Kismet is a private, gated retreat center with a peaceful community vibe. We also provide organized transportation so you can relax knowing everything is handled.

Guests often spend afternoons at the beach, lounging by the pool, getting a massage, or joining an excursion like surfing, horseback riding, or waterfall hikes. This retreat is designed to balance structure with freedom — so you can do as much or as little as you like.
